Arcane Corals is an online coral nursery and reef education site operated by Arcane Corals, based in Warner Robins, GA. Our website is arcanecorals.com.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate this site:

• Waitlist Email

  If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use this only to notify you when the shop opens or drops go live.

• Contact Form

  When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to us via email. We do not store this information in a database.

• IP Address

  Your IP address is logged when you join the waitlist to help prevent spam and duplicate entries.

The Coral Identifier

When you upload a photo to the Coral Identifier, it is sent to our server and passed to Anthropic, the AI provider that generates the identification. We do not keep your photo. It is processed for the identification and then discarded, and we receive only a notification containing the resulting coral name. Uploads are handled by Anthropic under Anthropic's privacy policy.

Your past identification results are saved by the Coral Codex in your browser's local storage, on your device only. That history never leaves your browser, and you can erase it at any time by clearing your browser data.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address only to notify you about Arcane Corals shop updates and drop announcements. We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our content. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. IP anonymization is enabled. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
